Parent who complained of school trip to Hooters sees backlash

Quaas complained to her local school board when the superintendent took 26 seventh- and eighth-graders to the restaurant while in Springfield last month.

Can someone explain what this world is comming to. You see, I cannot understand any reasonable adult saying Hooters is a place to take a group of kids. But then, I guess there are a lot of unreasonable adults out there..Miss Quaas, I salute you for the guts to stand up to the school board, and I am sorry your kids have to take the flack.
